Red Beans

garlic (peeled and finely sliced)2 cloves

1Preheat your oven to the lowest setting. Drain the cannellini beans in a sieve. Place a saucepan on a medium heat.cannellini beans: 2 tins

2Add the olive oil and garlic to the hot pan.olive oil: 1 tbsp, garlic: 2 cloves (peeled and finely sliced)

3Crumble the red chilli into the pan, then stir and fry until the garlic turns golden.red chilli: 1 item

4Add the tinned tomatoes and drained cannellini beans to the pan, reduce to a low heat and simmer gently for around ⏱️ 20 minutes , or until reduced and nice and thick.tinned tomatoes: 2 tins

5Have a taste and season with salt and pepper . Turn the heat off and pop a lid on the pan so they stay nice and warm.salt, pepper
